FAST TRACK CLASSES

What is FAST TRACK?

Fast Track is a four day immersive Essential Bartending class with a direct focus how to make cocktails. The class is perfect for cocktail enthusiasts that want to learn more about drinks but are not sure if a career path in hospitality is for them, or for servers in the restaurant and bar industry looking to increase their skill base behind the bar.

This program provides diverse understanding of types of drinks, preparation methodology, and how to work the bar like a professional, rather than the extensive hospitality training you receive in our two week module.

After completion, the participants can challenge our regular exam for full certification.

FAST TRACK HOURS

Daytime: Mon - Thurs 12pm - 4pm

Nighttime: Mon - Thurs 6pm - 10pm
