Work with Brandywine mixologists to create specialized ingredients and syrups to take to your home bar. The modern cocktail is a combination of classic liquor ingredients with original house-made infusions, bittering agents, and unique flavourings.

Serving it Right is a required government certificate in the legal service of alcohol. SIR trains bartenders to serve liquor within the confines of the law, to create and follow appropriate house policies, and allows them to posses special occasion licenses.
MODERN COCKTAIL SEMINAR
Explore classic bartending techniques, history of cocktails and their modern adaptations, as well as the various methods of preparing them. Participants receive one-on-one training behind the Brandywine Bar which includes all class materials and cocktail ingredients.
Learn proper opening, tasting, decanting, and identification of the world’s wine.
