cocktail Wars!
Cocktail Wars! is an interactive workshop and cocktail contest where teams compete in a series of bar challenges to create new cocktails to be judged by your group and Brandywine Staff.
Work together to create the best tasting cocktail using skills and techniques learned in a short seminar. Challenges include trivia, speed, ingredient hunt, black box, flair, and other roadblocks.
$64/head for large groups.
Maximum 30-40 people on site. Contact us for larger groups.
Not available for individual enrollments.
Includes all class materials, bar snacks, and cocktail ingredients.

Intimate Cocktail Wars!
$690 minimum - $69/head beyond 10. Minimum 6 / Maximum 14 people
Our newest package is tailored to your small group, three to seven couples, intimate event, or staff party. The event is held in our private bar any day of the week with appropriate notice. Please contact us to confirm availability.
MODERN CLASSICS
This fun intro seminar covers classic bartending techniques, modern cocktails, their history, and the traditional methods of preparing them.
After an instructor led demonstration, everyone is invited behind the bar for one-on-one training to create new cocktails for sampling by the entire group. Great for client appreciation, stagettes, birthdays, team building or other private events.

Brandywine is the local leader in hand delivered online cocktail classes in the Vancouver area. Each virtual cocktail class package is zero contact delivered to a minimum 4 people and includes a 25 minute online class followed by Q&A with our top cocktail creators.
Please book a delivery to set up a class time.
Classes take place online via Zoom.
Participants are required to provide ice and a stable internet connection
Minimum 7 working days notice required for all bookings.
Same day expedited delivery is $100 per delivery
National delivery is available with 14 days advance notice at $100/head
Styled or themed events are possible with a short discovery session with our bartenders to support your vision.
Premium mixology versions of our classes are available for additional charges. Please request information on pricing.
Repeat customers or requests for classes without bartending gear qualify for a $25 discount and do not include mixing equipment.

Participants pre-select two drinks from a special list of modern classics that are presented live by our head mixologists to your group via our online stream. The lesson includes the drinks’ historical relevance, craft ingredients run down and the modern techniques used to prepare them. The class is entertaining and educating while participants enjoy a drink made specially for them.

The Brandywine Box

Choose one drink from our list of modern classics for your group. Each Cocktail Box includes a pre-mixed hand crafted cocktail and specialty glassware delivered to your group ahead of the class for enjoyment during the session. Brandywine Bartenders explain the ingredients and technique to make the drink again at your home bar.
Online Mixology Instruction
$500 – Up to 20 participants [$35/head above 20]
LIVESTREAM - 20 minutes online
Our head mixologists will host your group for a 25 minute Zoom session to make drinks from a recipe card emailed to your group. All ingredients are sourced by the participants with assistance from our admin team ahead of time and the drink is prepared using basic equipment from your home.

Brandywine is available for events such as stag and stagette functions, private parties, special occasions, wedding receptions, and cocktail mixers. Our 1100 sq ft space can accommodate up to 80 guests for a stand up reception and 50 for a sit down function. Contact us to set up a venue viewing
Venue Rental - $2000 minimum
Includes 2 bartenders for the duration of your event. Alcohol is not included.
$500 damage deposit is required to finalize bookings. All rentals are subject to cleaning fee and 18% gratuity.
