Cocktail Wars! is an interactive workshop and cocktail contest where teams compete in a series of bar challenges to create new cocktails to be judged by your group and Brandywine Staff.

Work together to create the best tasting cocktail using skills and techniques learned in a short seminar. Challenges include trivia, speed, ingredient hunt, black box, flair, and other roadblocks.

Cocktail Champions receive a prize.

$67/head for large groups.

Our Intimate package is tailored to your small group, three to seven couples, small event, or staff party. The event is held in our private bar any day of the week with appropriate notice. Please contact us to confirm availability.

MODERN CLASSICS

This fun intro seminar covers classic bartending techniques, modern cocktails, their history, and the traditional methods of preparing them.

After an instructor led demonstration, everyone is invited behind the bar for one-on-one training to create new cocktails for sampling by the entire group. Great for client appreciation, stagettes, birthdays, team building or other private events.
