INDUSTRY LEVEL CLASS - 2 HOURS

Learn proper opening, tasting, decanting, and identification of the world’s wine. Wine history, vintages, food pairing labeling, vintage, and cellaring technique are all covered in this relaxed session. Includes all class materials and  5 wines. SERVING IT RIGHT

ADVANCED LEVEL CLASS (Required for all servers in BC)

Serving it Right is a required government certificate in the legal service of alcohol. SIR trains bartenders to serve liquor within the confines of the law, to create and follow appropriate house policies, and allows them to posses special event permits.
