Our team at Brandywine loves the elegance of the coupe glass. The way it captures and reflects light as it highlights the libation within. This particular piece of interesting glassware is rather large, aprox 6oz. the glass is being prepared for a rinse as the greeish liquid is Absinthe. Geoff Mott is shaking an egg white foam of Diplomatico Reserva Rum, Benidictine, Triple sec and fresh lemonade. The final outcome is the Silk Sheets. This was chosen as a top ten finalist drink of the 2013 Diplomatico cocktail creation contest at The Keefer Bar.
